Parish Church "Our Lady of the Nativity"

Church, cathedral, basilica, pilgrimage church and minster
On a small hill you will find the parish church of Our Lady of the Nativity. A Marian chapel has been suspected here since 1218, and a new building followed at the end of the 15th century.

Today's baroque nave dates from 1696, the Gothic choir from 1507. A school building is attached to the west of the nave, and to the north you will find the octagonal church tower with onion dome. The fresco of the Assumption of Mary in the nave from 1900 is by Anton Jehly, the fresco of Christ on the Mount of Olives on the south wall of the nave was executed by M. Bartel. There is an organ by the Mayer brothers in the gallery.
