Lechmuseum - Huber-Hus

The Lech Museum sees its mission as a contemporary center for presenting culture, history and literature with supra-regional significance and appeal; its special exhibits and publications focus especially on socially relevant topics.

The Huber House – built in the 16th century and inhabited by the Huber family up into modern times – was converted into a public museum in 2005. The core area of this traditional Walser house presents a living room, neighboring chambers, kitchen, and cooper’s workshop. Regularly changing special exhibits and a diverse event program are devoted primarily to cultural-historical themes.
