Immerse yourself in the history of the legendary ski brand Kästle!

More than 90 years ago Anton Kästle found his inspiration in the Arlberg for a ski that made history: the "Arlberg Ski". Maybe it was even on one of the slopes you have already skied when Anton Kästle had the brilliant idea to create this first ski made of ash wood, which would later become the Kästle brand.

Kästle was founded in Vorarlberg in 1924 and celebrated a brilliant comeback in 2007. The exciting time between these striking dates is the subject of the Kästle Mountain Museum in the mountain station of the Rüfikopfbahn 2. Historical pictures, ski models from days gone by and many other exhibits from the history of the successful Austrian ski brand await you in the exhibition.

The Kästle Mountain Museum is available free of charge to anyone interested during the operating hours of the Rüfikopfbahn.
